Do these calculators use Calgary market rates?
No. Every rate is yours to enter. No Calgary rent, operating cost or vacancy figure is published in any source behind this site, and none is built into these tools.
Are the results a specification?
No. They are planning arithmetic on your inputs, using common industry rules of thumb. Racking layout, dock counts and building fit must be confirmed by a qualified designer, engineer or materials-handling supplier for your specific operation and building.
