What this site is
CalgaryWarehouses.ca publishes public-record information about Calgary industrial and warehouse property, drawn from City of Calgary open data and Statistics Canada series, together with commentary and planning tools.
Not advice
A City of Calgary assessed value is a mass-appraisal figure prepared for property taxation. It is not a market value, an appraisal, a listing price or a transaction price.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, engineering, environmental, planning or brokerage advice. It is general information for research and planning. Verify every fact, measurement, cost, designation and lease term independently, and take professional advice before acting.
Limits on the record
- Nothing on this site establishes ownership, tenancy, occupancy, vacancy, availability, asking rent or lease terms. Where a fact is not published, it stays unknown.
- A permit or development application is an administrative record. It does not prove that work started, finished, changed the building, or that any use is currently operating.
- Truck-route distance is a calculated point-to-published-line measurement. It is not driveway access, legal routing permission, a permitted load, or travel time.
- Site area is the source-published parcel area. It is not building floor area, leasable area, usable yard, or a survey.
- A land-use designation describes the district a parcel sits in. It is not a permitted-use ruling, a development approval, or legal advice.
