A complete, honest, public-record profile of every industrial property in Calgary — built so that a tenant, owner or advisor can do real work before anyone is marketing anything.
The problem this solves
Industrial real estate research usually starts with whatever is being marketed. That is a small, biased and late slice of the market. Meanwhile The City of Calgary publishes a great deal about every industrial property in the city — assessment, assessment history, land-use designation, permit activity, development applications, freight network geometry — and almost none of it is presented in a form anyone can actually use.
This site joins those sources at exact grain, one profile per industrial assessment account, and explains what each figure does and does not mean. 6,205 properties, 65,179 annual assessment observations, 17,937 permit and development records.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not publish rent, vacancy, availability, ownership or tenancy — because none of those are in the sources, and estimating them would make the record worse, not better. Where a fact is unknown it says so.
That restraint is the point. A record you can rely on is worth more than a record that always has an answer.
Who is behind it
CalgaryWarehouses.ca is part of the Commercially commercial real estate network, alongside CommercialData.ca, WarehouseLeasing.ca, IndustrialLeasing.ca, LeaseCalculator.ca. Alberta real estate services are provided through Real Broker and regulated by RECA.
