About rent index
Does this series tell me what Calgary warehouse space costs?
This index measures change over time in net effective rent for occupied sampled space. It is not an asking-rent survey, a market rent quote, a vacancy measure, a dollars-per-square-foot benchmark, an appraisal or evidence that a specific property is available.
Is this Calgary property-level data?
No. It is a Statistics Canada metropolitan or provincial aggregate. It cannot be attributed to any individual building on this site.
